UrbisPro announces new name – GlobalX Terrain!
We’re excited to share with you the latest news from UrbisPro! We have decided it’s time for a new name – so we are changing our name from UrbisPro to GlobalX Terrain!
Since we started UrbisPro in 2008 we’ve had a proud history of delivering land and spatial information to Australia’s leading surveying and property planning professionals.
This commitment and responsibility is something the team at UrbisPro take very seriously. We have decided to change our name to GlobalX Terrain to help better reflect the communities we serve and future vision of our company.
Importantly, our commitment to you will not change. What you’ve come to love about UrbisPro’s solutions, service levels, vision and brilliant team members will remain the same.
You will continue to enjoy the same great service, people and products you’ve come to love from UrbisPro – we’re simply changing our name!
You do not need to act upon this information, this is simply a courtesy informing you, a valued client, of our name change.
Our billing details and your log-in and password details will remain the same.Our support hours and Helpdesk phone number will remain unchanged, 1300 001 560.

What is happening?
From 1 December 2018, UrbisPro will change our name to be known as GlobalX Terrain. Importantly, there will be no change to our operations with business-as-usual. Our ownership, expertise, products, services, pricing and the way we serve you will not change.
Will our Pricing Change?
No. There will be no changes to your account, including your current fee structure as a result of this announcement.
Will the login details or password of my account change?
No. There will be no changes to your login details as a result of our name change, nor will there be any service disruptions. You will now login via www.globalxterrain.com.

Will GlobalX Terrain’s contact details change?
Will billing information change?
Our billing information will remain the exactly the same, with the exception of a bank account name change. Our BSB and Account Number will go unchanged.
